Haven & Hue Policies

At Haven & Hue, we are committed to providing an elevated experience rooted in expertise, integrity, and relaxation. Our policies are designed to ensure every guest receives our full attention and the highest standard of clinical care in a calm, professional environment.

Appointments & New Clients

To maintain our standards of excellence, we ask that all new clients complete their intake forms digitally at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Please plan to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled treatment to settle into the Haven & Hue environment and complete any necessary forms or photos.

Booking, Deposits & Cancellations

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments, which will be applied toward your treatment total.
  • We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or a no-show fee up to 50% of the scheduled service total.

Medical & Treatment Policies

Your health and safety are our priority. All treatments require a medical consultation to ensure suitability. Results may vary, and while we strive for excellence, aesthetic medicine is not an exact science. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is deemed medically inappropriate or outside our clinical philosophy of natural-looking refinement.

Payments, Packages & Refunds

  • Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and payment programs such as Cherry or Care Credit.
  • All treatments, packages, and skincare products are non-refundable.
  • Treatment packages must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Children, Guests & Pets

At Haven & Hue, we want every patient to feel comfortable, supported, and at ease during their visit. Guests are welcome to accompany you and may join you in the treatment room when appropriate.

For everyone’s comfort, safety, and privacy, guests must remain in the designated seating area during the appointment and may not interfere with treatment, equipment, supplies, or the clinical environment.

To maintain a calm and safe experience, we kindly ask that children not accompany you unless approved in advance. Children may not be left unattended at any time. If a child cannot be safely supervised, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to our cancellation policy.

Pets are not permitted, with the exception of legally recognized service animals as required by law.

Haven & Hue reserves the right to limit guests when necessary based on treatment type, room capacity, safety, sanitation, privacy, or provider discretion.

Photography & Social Media

Clinical photos are required  for documentation, treatment planning, progress tracking, and medical record purposes.

Marketing use of photos or videos requires separate patient consent. Patients may choose whether or not they authorize Haven & Hue to use their images for marketing, social media, website, educational, or promotional purposes.

A patient’s decision not to allow marketing use of images will not affect the care they receive.

Patients may request specific privacy preferences for approved marketing photos, such as cropping, blocking identifying features, or using treatment-area-only images, when possible.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is paramount. All medical records and personal information are handled in strict accordance with HIPAA regulations to ensure your identity and treatment details remain confidential.

Communication Policy

By providing your phone number or email, you authorize Haven & Hue to contact you regarding appointments, forms, reminders, treatment instructions, follow-up care, account matters, promotions, and practice updates.You may opt out of marketing texts or emails at any time. Appointment-related and account-related messages may still be sent when necessary.

Text messaging is convenient but may not be appropriate for urgent medical concerns. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical care.

Respectful Environment

We pride ourselves on kindness and professionalism. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful behavior toward our staff or other guests. We reserve the right to refuse service to maintain our positive clinic culture.

Right to Refuse Service

Haven & Hue reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when clinically, ethically, legally, or professionally appropriate.

This may include but is not limited to unsafe treatment requests, unrealistic expectations, medical contraindications, incomplete forms, inappropriate conduct, refusal to follow policies, or requests outside the provider’s scope or clinical judgment.
